These golf communities include: The Brentwood Country Club, The Governor's Club, Temple Hills Country Club, Kings' Creed, Westhaven and Nashboro Village.

- Gary received his BS in Marketing from Kent State University and is a Charter Member of Sigma Alph Epsilon at Kent State.
- Gary is a veteran and a former fighter pilot in The Air Defense Command of the United States Air Force.
